Add products to your cart and complete checkout with your name, delivery address and WhatsApp number. There is no online payment step: we receive your order, then message you on WhatsApp to confirm it, share payment details and arrange delivery.

It lets us check stock and batch details with you personally before any money changes hands, and gives you a direct line to a person for the whole order.

Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we send payment details, usually an online bank transfer (FPX/DuitNow). Your order is packed once payment is received.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account saves your delivery details and lets you see your past orders and their status.

Yes, any time before it ships. Reply on WhatsApp or contact us with your order number.

Orders are packed once payment is confirmed and usually arrive within 1–3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia, and 2–5 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

Vials are shipped lyophilised (freeze-dried) in protective packaging. Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for the time they spend in transit.

Every product is supplied at 99% purity or higher, as stated on the vial and the product page.

Yes. See the Certificates of Analysis page, or message us with the product and we will send the COA for the current batch.

Store lyophilised vials frozen at −18 °C or below, away from light, as printed on each label. Once reconstituted for laboratory use, keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C.
