These terms apply to your use of mypeptides.my and to every order placed with MYpeptides Malaysia ("MYpeptides", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. You agree to the Research Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. Orders

• Submitting checkout sends us an order request. It is not a contract of sale until we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp and payment is received.
• We may decline or cancel any order, including where we believe products are intended for human consumption or where the purchaser does not meet these terms.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed; we will tell you of any change before you pay.

4. Payment

Payment details are provided when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. Orders are dispatched only after payment is received in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned. Our Shipping & Returns policy sets out what happens if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

7. Information on this site

Product information, including summaries of published research, is provided for educational and reference purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not claim that any product is safe or effective for any use. It has not been evaluated by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) or any other authority.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the misuse of products, from use contrary to these terms, or from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you believe it has been used without your permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
