Shipping & Returns

How an order works

• Place your order online. You will receive an order number straight away.
• We message you on WhatsApp to confirm stock, delivery and payment details.
• Once payment is received we pack and dispatch your order, and send you the tracking number.

Delivery

We deliver across Malaysia. Peninsular Malaysia: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: usually 2–5 working days. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Packaging

Vials ship lyophilised in protective packaging. On arrival, store them frozen at −18 °C as printed on the label.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.

Returns

For quality and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of research compounds once delivered, except where an item is damaged or incorrect as above.
